there were very few with this option, i have a 1981 monte carlo landau myself, came factory with a 267 now it has a 350, but i have never seen one with a sun roof they usually have t tops.

I have a 1981 monte carlo landau, red interior black exterior, power windows seats locks cruise control AC 267V8. my question is that the car has a factory electric sunroof that i had a hell of a time getting parts for. can you tell me how many cars had this option?

I have a 1978 Monte Carlo, with a 305 v8 double barrel carb.. Looking for a 350 or 454.. I’m the 3rd owner in my family to have it. And believe it or not, it only has under 50,k miles on it.

If it were me, I’d probably get a first generation monte carlo if I was going to build a low rider but that’s just personal preference. I think the first generation would look better. As far as performance, I don’t think that would really matter but I’m no expert in low riders.
